I used to make this with about half kilogram ground beef. And it will turn out about 1.5 liters. I keep it in plastic container and keep it in refrigerator. Usually it last about 2 weeks. The nicest thing about this sauce is I only need less than 1 hour from cutting mushroom until it’s ready to eat.
Since living abroad almost 2 years ago, there’s one food that (almost) always stand by in my refrigerator. Bolognese sauce…yeah…bolognese sauce. This meat base sauce is one of my favourit food. Besides can be used in spaghetti or other pasta, bolognese sauce can be eaten with bread and even rice. For me this sauce is an emergency food, when I don’t feel like cook complicated food or when Wira need food for lunch but there’s no left over from yesterday.
